- 1 bunch of basil
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 120g cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons of capers in salt

How to make Chifferi with fine herbs:
- Wash the basil, parsley and rosemary; Rinse the capers, dry everything on a kitchen towel, then with a chopping board chops all the ingredients together
- Cook the pasta in a pot with plenty of boiling salted water
- Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, heat the oil with the chopped aromatic herbs and capers over low heat.
