Chickpeas with Veal Legs Recipe

Ingredients to make Chickpeas with veal legs:

  1. 3 garlic cloves
  2. 1 pinch of saffron
  3. 1 onion
  4. 500 grams of chickpeas
  5. 3 tablespoons of vinegar
  6. 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  7. 1 pinch of salt
  8. 2 calf, hind legs
  9. 100 grams of wheat

How to make Chickpeas with Veal Legs:

  • Clean the legs well, chop them up and put them in the pressure cooker, add the chickpeas and wheat (these two ingredients are left to soak separately the night before).
  • Chop the onion, the garlic cloves, add the saffron, the ground black pepper, the salt and the water, until the ingredients are covered (this dish does not contain oil).
  • Close the pot and cook for three quarters of an hour.
  • Once the pot is open, add two tablespoons of vinegar and let it cook again.
