Chickpeas with tuna recipe

  • 30 grams of black olives
  • 1 unit of Egg
  • 2 units of Tomato
  • 1 sprig of basil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 splash of Vinegar
  • 1 jet of olive oil

How to make Chickpeas with Tuna:

We gather all the ingredients to make the chickpeas with tuna. Wash the chickpeas, drain them and place them in a salad bowl.

Cook the egg in plenty of boiling water for 10 minutes. The egg is a food rich in vitamin E and B, ideal for growth stages.
