Ingredients to make Chickpeas with tomato and ham:

- 250 grams of chickpeas
- 1 carrot
- 80 grams of sausage
- 2 leeks
- 100 grams of cured ham

- 5 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of sugar

How to make Chickpeas with tomato and ham:
1 We put the chickpeas to soak the day before in warm salted water. The next day we wash the chickpeas under cold running water. Cook the chickpeas in a pressure cooker with boiling water, salt, two leeks and a carrot. Go peeled and cut into pieces. In a saucepan, sauté the onion and garlic in oil and add the chopped tomato, a pinch of sugar and salt and leave to cook for 20 minutes. Crush and pass the tomato sauce through a sieve and reserve. Sauté the chorizo and the ham cut into thin slices. Add the chickpeas to this sauce fry and add the tomato sauce. Let stand to mix the flavors and serve.
