Chickpeas with Spinach and Hard-Boiled Egg Recipe

Ingredients to make Chickpeas with spinach and hard-boiled egg:

  • 400 g of chickpeas
  • 300g spinach
  • 250 g of breadcrumbs
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • Water
  • Flour
  • 1 beaten egg
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Chopped parsley

How to make Chickpeas with spinach and hardboiled egg:

1 The day before, leave the chickpeas to soak. Put the chickpeas in boiling water and salt. Chop the carrot and onion and put them in the pot where the chickpeas are. Let cook for an hour and a half. Finely chop the garlic and put them in a bowl along with the breadcrumbs.

2 Add the milk and chopped parsley and let stand. Make meatballs with the bread crumbs, go through flour and egg and fry in a pan with oil. Clean and chop the spinach. Add them to the chickpeas and cook for another 2 minutes.

3 Peel and cut the boiled eggs into four parts and add them to the chickpeas. Put the fried meatballs in the pan and stir. Place what we have in the pot in a bowl and serve.
