Chickpeas with Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients to make chickpeas with spaghetti:

  1. 500 g of cooked or canned chickpeas
  2. 2 garlic cloves
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 250 g spaghetti
  5. 1 teaspoon parsley
  6. 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  7. Salt to taste

How to make chickpeas with spaghetti:

  • Boil the eggs and once they are cold, chop them into uneven pieces.
  • Cook the spaghetti so that they are aldentes.
  • Finely chop the garlic and add it to the pan with the oil and parsley.
  • Once the garlic is golden, add the chickpeas. After a few minutes and over low heat add the egg and mix the ingredients well.
  • Add the spaghetti and stir well for about three minutes, just so that the flavors mix with the pasta.
