Chickpeas with Chanterelles Recipe

  • 1 potato
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 8 fresh chanterelles
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 sweet onion
  • 2 tablets of vegetable or vegetable broth (diluted in a liter of hot water)
  • 1 teaspoon minced rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon chopped thyme
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 splash of extra virgin olive oil
