Chickpea Stoned Classic Recipe

Ingredients to make Classic Stoned Chickpeas:

  • 500 gr of cooked chickpeas
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 3 roasted piquillo peppers
  • 1 spring onion
  • 2 cans of tuna in olive oil
  • 1 large salad tomato
  • 1 green pepper
  • Vinaigrette

How to make Classic Stoned Chickpeas:

1 Drain and refresh the chickpeas under a good stream of fresh water.

2 Place in a bowl and add all the well-chopped ingredients, first the hardest, the onion, green pepper, tuna, tomato…. finally the boiled eggs to prevent them from falling apart.

3 Prepare the vinaigrette to taste, dress and serve.

4 To give the cobblestone a more sophisticated air, you can use a round ring and decorate with one of the ingredients that you think gives a touch of color to the dish (I am very fond of chives as a decoration) you only have to spend 5 minutes. More and the result is magnificent.
