How to make Chickpea stew with chard and cod

  1. Chop all the vegetables into small cubes and the garlic into slices. I used the leaves of the chard to make them boiled and the stems for this dish, in this way all the product is used.
  2. Preheat the oil in a suitable pot and put the garlic until they “dance” or change color slightly.
  3. At this point, add the onion and pepper and sauté for a couple of minutes.
