Chickpea Batter Recipe

Ingredients to make Chickpea Rebogado:

  • 1/2 can of chickpeas
  • 1 piece of food chorizo
  • Salt
  • Saffron
  • 1 can of ground beef
  • Olive oil
  • Potatoes
  • Water

How to make Chickpea Rebogado:

1 The ground meat is fried, the pot of chickpeas, the salt, the chorizo, the chopped potatoes, the saffron and the water are added until it covers 1/4 part of the cauldron.

2 Let it boil until the potatoes are at their point, when said process has been elaborated with satisfaction, it will be served in a deep dish and hot.

3 Any accompaniment of cheeses and/or olives will be favorable for its tasting.
