Chickpea and Oatmeal Burger Recipe

Ingredients to make Chickpea and Oatmeal Burger:

  • 200 grams of cooked chickpeas
  • ½ cup of rolled oats
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small egg
  • olive oil (optional)
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Chickpea and Oatmeal Burger:

1 Put the chickpeas, carrot, garlic and oatmeal in a food processor or food processor. Add salt and pepper to taste and beat for a few minutes.
