Ingredients to make Puree of chickpeas and lemon:
- 500 grams of cooked chickpeas.
- 150 ml of olive oil.
- 1 cup of lemon juice.
- 200 grams of red onion cut into small squares.
- 2 tablespoons of garlic powder.
- 1 tablespoon of dried parsley.
- Salt and pepper mix.
How to make Chickpea and Lemon Puree:
1 Prelist the ingredients.
2 In a bowl add the chickpeas, red onion, salt and pepper to taste. Process with a mixer until all the ingredients is incorporated.
3 Once step 2 is complete, add the lemon juice and olive oil. Process with the mixer until all the ingredients is well mixed.
4 Add the parsley and garlic and process. Rectify flavor and if you want add more salt or pepper to taste.
5 Serve and enjoy as a side dish or dip at any type of gathering.
