Chickpea And Dill Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Chickpea And Dill Soup:

  • 200 g chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 celery stalk with leaves
  • 5 dill leaves
  • 250 g natural crushed tomato
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 slices of toasted bread
  • 2 cloves of garlic

How to make CHICKPEA AND DILL SOUP:

  1. Soak the chickpeas overnight in a bowl of water to soften them.
  2. Peel and chop the garlics. Clean and julienne the celery. Chop the dill.
  3. Step 2 Cook the chickpeas in a pot with a bottom of salted water until they are tender.
  4. Drain, leaving the liquid aside.
  5. Blend half the chickpeas with a part of the broth and set aside. Leave some chickpeas without crushing.
  6. Step 3 Sauté the vegetables and add the tomato, add to the soup, serve with the whole chickpeas and toasted bread.
