How to make Chicken Yakisoba:

  • Our first step to make this Japanese recipe is to prepare the ingredients.
  • We will start by cooking the beans or peas in boiling water until they are soft, reserve.
  • Bring a skillet over medium heat with a drizzle of sesame or sesame oil and add the green onion. Sauté the onion until golden, then remove from heat and reserve.
  • In the same pan where we did the previous step, add a drizzle of sesame or sesame oil and add the zucchini along with the aborigines cut into sticks as shown in the photograph. Sauté for a few minutes and reserve.
  • Again in the same pan with a drizzle of oil, fry the chicken breast cut into cubes or strips, adding a little garlic and pepper paste. Sauté for a few minutes and remove from heat, reserving.
  • Then repeat the process with the pan and sauté the Chinese roots for a few minutes.
  • With all the ingredients ready, we will begin to assemble the yakisoba. Then, add the pasta noodles and the onion sauce to the pan. Mix the ingredients well.
  • Add the sweet corn and cooked peas. Mix the ingredients of our Japanese recipe well.
  • Continue adding ingredients to the bread. Now add the zucchini and the previously sautéed eggplant. Mix very well.
  • Add the chicken that we had reserved and stir everything to integrate the ingredients of our chicken yakisoba well
  • In a separate bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce and add to the pan where we have our recipe. Let preserve for approximately 10 minutes or until the sauce is reduced to a bit so that the flavors are concentrated. Put out the fire
  • Trick: Remember that you can add more vegetables that are of your choice. Likewise, if you don’t like spiciness you can remove the search from the sauce mix or add more to taste.
  • Serve our chicken yakisoba recipe by adding a teaspoon of sesame or sesame seeds to each plate. You can also decorate with parsley.
