Ingredients to make Chicken Wing Soup:

  • 9 chicken wings
  • 1 medium potato
  • 1/2 small carrot
  • 3 bay leaves
  • Chives
  • Cilantro
  • garlic powder
  • 1 envelope of chicken and noodle soup. (You can substitute a cube of chicken and angel hair noodles)
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1/2 cup of milk

How to make Chicken Wing Soup:

  1. First of all, we put the water to boil.
  2. While the water boils we are going to proceed to wash the chicken wings well, removing the end or tip and checking that there are no feathers left. (Whoever wishes can remove the skin).
  3. When the water is hot, place the wings and add a few leaves of finely chopped chives.
  4. Let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes, until the wings are almost sewn.
  5. Add the scratched or filleted potatoes with the same potato peeler. (There will be some fillets or very thin slices).
  6. We do the same with the carrot. Then we add the envelope of chicken broth and noodles. (We can also do the same with a cube of chicken and some angel hair noodles).
  7. Add the milk, lower it to medium-low heat and let it boil for 5 more minutes or until the potatoes are al dente.
  8. Before serving add a little chopped coriander and enjoy this soup when we feel a little cold. This soup makes you sweat….. Bon appetite. Cooking is love.
