Ingredients to make CHICKEN STEW:
- 1 chicken or chicken hindquarters (about 1,200 gr)
- 500g potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 onions
- 500 ml chicken clade
- 1 bell pepper julienned
- 2 tablespoons capers
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make CHICKEN STEW:
- Clean the hen.
- Chop the onion, peel the garlic and peel and cut the potatoes into quarters.
- Reserve.
- Heat the butter and brown the whole garlic.
- Remove them and discard.
- Step 2 Add the onions to the butter and cook until translucent but not brown.
- Add the chicken and fry lightly, add the potatoes and the pepper, and cover with the broth.
- Cook over low heat until chicken is tender
- Then add the capers and leave for another 5 minutes.
- Step 3 Season or rectify seasoning
- Serve on a platter.
