Chicken soup with noodles and vegetables recipe

Ingredients to make Chicken Soup with Noodles and Vegetables:

  • 1 kilogram of boneless and chopped chicken
  • 1½ liters of water
  • 5 units of chopped onion
  • 1 piece of sliced ​​ginger
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 handful of fried onion (to garnish)
  • ¼ teaspoon of pepper
  • 100 grams of noodles
  • 50 grams of Spinach (hoajs)
  • 2 sliced ​​celery branches
  • 250 grams of bean sprouts

How to make Chicken Soup with Noodles and Vegetables:

1.Cook the chicken in a saucepan with water, bring to a boil and remove the foam from the surface. Add the spring onion, pepper, ginger, salt, bay leaves and soy sauce.

2.Cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Put the noodles in a heatproof bowl.
