Chicken Skewers with Pineapple Chutney Recipe

  • 250 grams of Chicken
  • 100 grams of red pepper
  • 100 grams of white onion

  • 2 slices of pineapple
  • 50 grams of white onion
  • 200 milliliters of coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 pinch of chili pepper
  • 1 pinch of ginger powder
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of cardamom powder
  • 50 milliliters of white vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of oil

How to make Chicken Skewers with Pineapple Chutney:

1 Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.

2 In a pot with oil, fry the finely chopped onion until soft.

3 Add the pineapple cut into small cubes, the brown sugar, the white vinegar and the sweet and hot spices, cook until it boils.

4 Add the coconut milk and cook over low heat for 25 minutes. Adjust flavor with salt and pepper.
