How to make Herb Chicken Skewers:
Cut the chicken, onion and bell pepper into squares of the same size. Thread the meat onto the skewers, inserting a piece of pepper or onion between each piece of meat. Heat the oil in a saucepan, remove from the heat and add the cubes, stirring with a spoon until they dissolve.
