Chicken Rice Noodles Recipe

Ingredients to make Chicken Rice Noodles:

  1. 350 grams of rice noodles
  2. 150 grams of chicken breast
  3. 1 unit of red pepper
  4. 1 unit of green pepper
  5. 1 unit of Carrot
  6. 1 unit of chives
  7. 6 units of Mushrooms
  8. 1 splash of olive oil
  9. 1 pinch of salt
  10. 1 pinch of ground black pepper
  11. 1 splash of soy sauce

How to make Chicken Rice Noodles:

  • We gather all the ingredients to make the chicken rice noodles.
  • Wash and chop as shown in the image. Did you know that carrots are a source of beta-carotene and help prevent skin aging?
  • Sauté the vegetables in a frying pan or wok with a little olive oil. Add a little salt and ground black pepper. Let cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
  • Cut the chicken breast into strips and season. Chicken breast is one of the meats with the least fat and is highly recommended for any low-fat diet.
  • Add the chicken breast to the vegetable sauce and let it brown, stirring and mixing all the ingredients.
