Chicken Port Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Port Chicken Soup:

  • For 6 people:
  • 2/4 u. chicken
  • 15dl Water
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 3 u. leek
  • 3 u. carrot
  • 1 stick of celery
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 150 grams raw almond
  • 1dl port wine
  • 4 tablespoons liquid cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to make Chicken Port Soup:

1. preparation Cook the chicken in a liter and a half of water for 20 minutes at 780W.

2.In another container, put the butter together with the leeks, the chopped carrots and the celery stick and cook in the microwave for 8 minutes at 780W.

3.Remove the celery and add the strained chicken broth and ground almonds.

4.Blend with a blender and pass through a strainer.

5.Add the Port and the lemon juice beaten with the egg yolks and the cream.

6.Season.

7.2 cooking. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes at 780W.

8.3 presentation: Pour the soup on a plate and serve with the chopped chicken
