Chicken pate and Provencal herbs recipe with Thermomix

Ingredients to make Chicken Pate and Provencal herbs with Thermomix:

• 400 grams of chicken breast

• ½ unit of Onion

• 1 dessert spoon of oil

• 2 units of Egg

• 1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence

• 1 tablespoon sweet sherry

• 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs

• 2 units of chicken liver

• 1 pinch of salt

How to make Chicken Pate and Provencal herbs with Thermomix:

It is worth mentioning first that the amounts of all the ingredients will vary depending on the tastes of the consumer. So the first step we have to do to make this chicken pâté will be to put the sliced onion in the Thermomix glass and without program time at speed 1. We press the pulse button and let 2 cycles elapse. Then we turn it off. Add the oil and program 5 minutes at maximum temperature and speed 1. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 12 more minutes at a temperature of 100ºC and speed 1. After this time, pour the pâté onto a mold previously lined with transparent kitchen paper, and let it cool in the fridge.

Tip: It is better to consume this pâté 12 hours after its preparation, because it will have a more concentrated flavor.
