Ingredients to make Pasta with Chicken in Chipotle Sauce:
- 200 grams of Feather Pasta
- 200 grams of chicken breast
- 1 cup of Cream
- ½ cup of Milk (120 milliliters)
- ½ cup of cooked corn
- ½ tablespoon chicken broth
- ½ piece of Onion
- 4 tablespoons of Oil
- ½ small can of Chile chipotle
- 1 teaspoon of whole pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of ground pepper
How to make Pasta with Chicken in Chipotle Sauce:
- First of all we cook the feather pasta, placing enough water in a saucepan to cover our pasta, turning on the heat and adding a quarter of an onion, a teaspoon of whole pepper, 1 pinch of salt and garlic, 1 tablespoon of oil and wait for the water to start to boil.
- At the right moment of boiling we add the feather pastaand let it cook. When the pasta is al dente, we drain the water with which it was cooked and reserve a moment.
- Trick: We wait 4 to 6 minutes for the pasta to be al dente and not overcooked
- Meanwhile, to prepare the chipotle cream, place the cup of cream, the remaining onion, the chipotle peppers, the garlic clove, the chicken broth, and the half cup of milk in the blender. We turn on the blender to combine the ingredients of the cream. We reserve for a moment the cream obtained.
- On the other hand, we salt and pepper and cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Finally, in another saucepan we place the remaining two tablespoons of oil; when the oil is hot we add the chicken pieces, we wait a moment until the chicken is completely cooked.
- Without stopping to move, we add the previously reserved chipotle cream, let it fry a little and add the feather pasta.
- Trick: To taste the pasta it can be accompanied with pieces of toasted bouillon.
- To finish the recipe for pasta in chipotle sauce, we add half a cup of cooked corn kernels, season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
