Ingredients to make Chicken Noodle Soup:

  • 1 unit of salted shin bone
  • 1 unit of Serrano ham bone
  • 2 units of chicken wings
  • 2 units of Carrot
  • 1 branch of Celery
  • 1 piece of Leek
  • 2 liters of water
  • 130 grams of thin noodles
  • 1 drop of Lemon

How to make Chicken Noodle Soup:

  1. We gather all the ingredients to make the chicken noodle soup. In this recipe we will not use salt because the bones will add enough flavor to the broth.
  2. In a large pot, boil 2 liters of water and add the washed bones and clean wings.
  3. Next we add the clean vegetables. Let the chicken soup cook over high heat for half an hour. After that time, lower the heat and let it cook for another 20 minutes.
  4. While the soup boils we have to remove the white foam that forms on the surface. Once the broth is white, we remove all the ingredients and strain the soup.
  5. Tip: If you like the soup to be thick, you can mix the carrots with the broth.
  6. In another pot we put a little of the chicken soup to boil and add the thin noodles until they are tender. In addition, we can shred the chicken meat and add it to our broth at the end. This soup is also eaten in Spain with chopped boiled egg. If you want to keep only the broth, you can use the remaining chicken to make other recipes such as the chicken and avocado sandwich.
  7. If you feel like it, you can take the chicken noodle soup seasoning with a few drops of lemon or adding a little fresh mint.
  8. This comforting chicken noodle soup is perfect for dinner. If you are lovers of warm soups, try the minestrone soup or the cauliflower and pumpkin soup. Enjoy!
