Chicken Noodle Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Chicken Noodle Salad:

  • 200 grams of cooked chicken
  • 200 grams of Chinese noodles or noodles
  • 1 piece of yellow pepper
  • 1 piece of spring onion
  • 1 unit of Carrot
  • 1 piece of grated ginger
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 splash of soy sauce

How to make Chinese Chicken Noodle Salad:

First of all we will gather all the ingredients to cook this Chinese chicken noodle salad recipe.

Cook the Chinese noodles in a pot of boiling water. The cooking time depends on the manufacturer’s instructions. We have used soba noodles but you can use any type of noodles such as rice noodles.

For this recipe we have used a chicken breast that we had used to make soup. If you buy the fresh chicken you can skip the grilled breast and then fray it with fine strips.

Chop the vegetables: the onion in a circular shape and the pepper in fine strips. Next, peel and chop the carrot into thin slices. Once the Chinese noodles are cooked, mix all the ingredients and add a pinch of salt, soy sauce and a pinch of grated fresh ginger.
