Chicken Noodle Casserole Recipe

Ingredients to make Casserole Noodles with Chicken:

  1. 500 grams of chopped chicken
  2. ½ onion unit
  3. ½ unit of red pepper
  4. 1 unit of ripe tomato
  5. 3 units of whole mushrooms
  6. 3 garlic cloves
  7. 1 branch of parsley
  8. 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  9. 1 glass of white wine
  10. 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
  11. 1 small glass of water
  12. 1 cup of noodles

How to make Chicken Noodle Casserole:

  • To make this delicious dish of casserole noodles, the first thing we will do is marinate the chicken. To do this, crush the peeled garlic with the parsley and a little salt.
  • Spread the chicken pieces with this paste and let it rest for at least half an hour so that it takes flavor.
  • Tip: If you want the flavor to be more intense, you can leave it overnight.
  • When the chicken is already marinated, heat the oil in a pan and seal all the chicken pieces. Let them brown slightly all over, it doesn’t matter if they aren’t done on the inside because the chicken will finish cooking in the casserole.
  • Place the chicken in a clay pot. If you do not have the typical casserole, place it in the pot that you normally use to make stews and stews.
  • Next, make a sauce with the rest of the ingredients. Use the same pan where you fried the chicken and remember to finely chop the onion, pepper and tomatoes. Cut the mushrooms into slices.
  • Add the already ready sauce to the casserole where you have the chicken together with the water and wine. Let everything cook over low heat for about 25 minutes.
  • After this time, check and correct the seasoning if necessary. Then, add the noodles to the casserole and let the stew boil again for about 10 minutes to cook the noodles well.
