Ingredients to make Chicken Meatball Soup:
- Meatballs
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 350 grams of chopped chicken or turkey breast
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 unit of egg white
- 1 pinch of salt
- ¼ teaspoon powdered sage
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Soup
- 750 cubic centimeters of chicken broth
- 1 unit of chopped celery stalk
- 2 units of sliced carrots
- 200 grams of filleted mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon port

- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 pinch of sage powder
- 1 pinch of thyme powder
- 3 units of whole green onion
How to make Chicken Meatball Soup:
- In a bowl, soak the bread in the milk until softened. Mash it with a fork and add the poultry, parsley, egg white, salt, sage, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Mix well until all the ingredients are integrated. With wet hands, form balls with 1 tablespoon of the mixture and place them on greased paper.
- In a large saucepan, combine broth, celery, carrots, mushrooms, port, thyme, sage, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, cover and cook for 15 minutes, then put the meatballs in the broth.
- Add the green onions, cover and cook until the meatballs are cooked. Garnish plates with almonds and parsley.
