Chicken Meatball Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Chicken Meatball Soup:

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 tablespoons of milk
  • 350 grams of chopped chicken or turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 unit of egg white
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon powdered sage
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Soup
  • 750 cubic centimeters of chicken broth
  • 1 unit of chopped celery stalk
  • 2 units of sliced ​​carrots
  • 200 grams of filleted mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon port
  • condiments
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of sage powder
  • 1 pinch of thyme powder
  • 3 units of whole green onion

How to make Chicken Meatball Soup:

  1. In a bowl, soak the bread in the milk until softened. Mash it with a fork and add the poultry, parsley, egg white, salt, sage, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are integrated. With wet hands, form balls with 1 tablespoon of the mixture and place them on greased paper.
  3. In a large saucepan, combine broth, celery, carrots, mushrooms, port, thyme, sage, and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, cover and cook for 15 minutes, then put the meatballs in the broth.
