Chicken livers recipe with beer

Ingredients to make chicken livers with beer:

  • 1 Kg of livers (perfectly clean)
  • 1kg onion, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 Cuaresmeño chilies, sliced ​​and seeded
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon magui juice
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 glass of beer

How to make beer chicken livers:

In a frying pan, place the oil, once hot, add the onion and fry for 1 minute together with the garlic. Then the livers and the Cuaresmeño peppers are added, since they are cooking, all the ingredients are added except the beer that is added at the end. Cover the pan until the liquids are completely consumed. As a precaution, move constantly to prevent them from sticking. Serve them preferably cold.
