Ingredients to make Chicken Lasagna:
- 4 chicken breasts
- Box of 500 gr pasta for Lasagna.
- 1 large jar heavy cream
- parmesan
- mozzarella cheese
- 1 large jar of mushrooms
- chicken soup
- butter or oil
- red big onion
- garlic
- peppers
- salted
- Pepper
How to make Chicken Lasagna:
- Cook the breasts in water with macerated garlic, let them cook well and shred them.
- Cook the Lasagna pasta in water with salt and oil until it is al dente, approximately 10 or 15 min.
- For the sauce: Finely chop the stubborn onion, peel the tomatoes and chop them, chop the paprika and fry them in butter, when they are ready add 1 well of chicken broth to form a sauce, add the milk cream stirring constantly, when the sauce is boiling add the shredded chicken.
- Separately, cut the mushrooms into slices and fry them in butter.
- Cut the mozzarella cheese into strips.
- To assemble the Lasagna, grease a large refractory pan with butter and put a layer of already cooked Lasagna pasta, immediately add the sauce, put the mushrooms on top of the sauce and the mozzarella cheese, then another layer of pasta, sauce, mushrooms, cheese and so on. Until we finish filling the refractory, leaving the sauce, mushrooms, and cheese as the last layer.
- We add Parmesan cheese on top so that it is well covered and we put it in the preheated oven at 350º C for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown.
