Chicken Goose Casserole Recipe

Ingredients to make Chicken Goose in the Casserole:

  1. 1 unit of Chicken goose
  2. 1 unit of Onion in feathers
  3. 1 unit of chopped carrot
  4. ¼ kilogram of frozen peas
  5. 2 tablespoons of Oil
  6. 1 envelope of Base for meat stew
  7. 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
  8. ½ cup of white wine

How to make Chicken Goose Casserole:

  • Chop the goose chicken and season the meat to taste. Sauté the pieces with oil and set aside
  • In the same oil, fry the onionand when it is transparent, add the meat again together with the base for stews, dissolved in hot water.
  • Add the wine and simmer, covered, on low heat for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  • After this time, add the peas and the carrot to the preparation and cook for another 30 minutes.
  • Serve this goose chicken stew in a casserole accompanied by white rice and plantain slices.
