Ingredients to make Chicken Goose in the Casserole:
- 1 unit of Chicken goose
- 1 unit of Onion in feathers
- 1 unit of chopped carrot
- ¼ kilogram of frozen peas
- 2 tablespoons of Oil

- ½ cup of white wine
How to make Chicken Goose Casserole:
- Chop the goose chicken and season the meat to taste. Sauté the pieces with oil and set aside
