Chicken Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients for Chicken Fried Rice:

  • 1 unit of chicken breast
  • 1 unit of red pepper
  • 1 unit of Carrot
  • 100 grams of Beans
  • 100 grams of Peas
  • 1 unit of white onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 units of Egg
  • 50 grams of sesame seeds
  • 1 splash of soy sauce
  • 1 pinch of chicken seasoning
  • 50 milliliters of sunflower oil
  • 2 cups of cooked white rice
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Chicken Fried Rice:

  1. Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  2. In a pot with boiling water, add the string beans and the peas, cook for 10 minutes, drain and reserve.
  3. In a wok with oil, sauté the onion, carrot and red pepper cut into thin strips, cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the beans, the peas and the finely chopped garlic, sauté for 5 more minutes over high heat, season with salt and pepper.
  5. Remove the vegetables from the wok and reserve
  6. In the same wok with oil, cook the chicken cut into small cubes and seasoned with seasoning, salt and pepper.
  7. Return to add the vegetables, the two cups of cooked white rice, the soy sauce and the sesame seeds, mix everything very well.
  8. Cook for 10 more minutes, if necessary rectify the flavor with salt and pepper.
  9. Separately, in a frying pan with oil, make a thin tortilla with the beaten eggs. When fully cooked, cut into strips and mix with the rice.
  10. Serve the chicken fried rice and enjoy. This dish is ideal to eat at lunchtime and you do not need to accompany it with anything else.
