One of those dishes is this chicken curry soup that we will make with sautéed vegetables, shredded chicken and a touch of milk. A dish with oriental nuances that you cannot stop trying.
Ingredients to make Chicken Curry Soup:
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 Carrot
- 60 grams of beans
- 1 clove garlic
- 100 milliliters of milk cream
- 1 teaspoon of curry
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 1 jet of oil c / n
- 480 milliliters of Water (2 cups)
How to make Chicken Curry Soup:
1.We ready all the ingredients on the work table to prepare our homemade chicken soup.
2.We cut the beans or green beans in thin diagonals, as seen in the image.
3.Next, cut the carrot into small sticks. The pieces should be about the same size as the green beans.
4.On the other hand, crush the garlic in a mortar, with a little salt, until it forms a paste.
5.To start cooking, heat a wok with about 3 tablespoons of oil and sauté the beans, carrot and garlic.
If you don’t have a wok, you can use any pot, preferably a large one so that it allows you to move the ingredients constantly.
6.We open the chicken breast a little so that it does not take so long to cook and place it in the wok together with the water and the curry. Continue cooking over medium heat until the chicken is completely cooked.
7.When the breast is done, remove it from the heat and shred the chicken until it is as seen in the photo. Then we return everything to the broth and add the milk cream. Stir and correct the seasoning by adding salt and pepper to taste.
