• 4 tablespoons of butter
How to make Chicken Curry Samosas:
To start with the recipe for chicken samosas with filo pastry, first wash and chop the vegetables. Next, place a pan over medium heat with a splash of olive oil and add the chopped vegetables. Let them poach.
When the vegetables are poached, add the minced chicken meat and let it all cook together. Before the meat is added the spices, cumin, curry, pepper and a little salt, stir everything and add 1-2 tablespoons of soy. Mix and let cook a few minutes. Season with salt if necessary.
Place the butter in a bowl and melt it in the microwave for a few seconds. Next, roll out a sheet of phyllo dough and, using a brush, paint with the butter. Fold the sheet in three and paint a little more with butter. It will be a long sheet. Add a little meat at one end of the dough without reaching the edges. Fold the dough into the shape of a triangle and seal the edges so that the chicken samosa filling does not come out.
Keep folding until the entire strip is ready. At the end, leave the dough well sealed so that none of the filling comes out, you can also add the last sheet inside other sheets.
Prepare all meat and vegetable samosas the same. Place them on a plate all ready to fry them or, if you like it better, you can make them in the oven and prepare some delicious baked chicken samosas.
Place a pan with plenty of olive oil over medium heat and, when hot, fry the samosas with chicken. You must be careful not to burn them, since the dough is very thin and browns quickly. Turn them over so they fry well on all sides. When they are fried, place them on a plate with kitchen paper to release the excess oil. Serve the delicious vegetable and meat samosas
