Chicken Cream in an Envelope

Ingredients to make Cream of Chicken Envelope:

  • 1 sachet(s) cream
  • 1/2 cup(s) cream
  • 1/2 chicken breast(s)
  • 1/2 carrot(s) peeled
  • 1/4 unit(s) onion(s)
  • 1 sprig(s) parsley
  • teaspoon(s) oil

How to make Chicken Cream in an Envelope:

  1. Cut the carrot and onion into pieces.
  2. Cook the chicken breast in water with carrot, onion, parsley, salt and oil until the chicken is cooked.
  3. Remove the breast and shred.
  4. Cook the cream of chicken packets according to your instructions.
  5. Add the cream, do not let it boil and the shredded chicken.
