How to make Chicken Cannelloni with Onions:
- Stew the breast with the onions with half a cube of chicken broth and while the cannelloni are cooking with the other half of the cube of broth.
- Once the stew is finished, chop everything finely and mix with a little béchamel sauce and some pine nuts.
- We proceed to assemble the cannelloni.
- Put them on a tray and add béchamel and gratin.
