Ingredients to make Cannelloni with chicken with mushroom cream:
- 1 onion
- 1 pinch of cumin powder
- 150 grams of mushrooms or mushrooms
- 100 ml of milk
- 200 ccs of cream
- 1 package of cannelloni (16 plates)
- 1 chicken breast
- 1 green pepper
- 250 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 cup of crushed tomato
- 100 ccs of dry white wine

How to make Cannelloni with chicken with mushroom cream:
- Boil the cannelloni for about 20 minutes in boiling salted water (cannelloni that are already boiled can also be used). Rinse in cold water and drain carefully so that they do not stick, placing them on top of a clean cloth.
- In a pan add oil and brown the breasts and set aside. In the same frying pan, fry the onion, pepper, crushed tomato, cumin and wine. Cook over moderate heat.
- Crumble the breast and add to the vegetables. Fill the cannelloni with the chicken mixture. Make the cannelloni sauce by mixing the cream, milk, cheese and mushrooms. Add a little of this sauce to the bottom of a mold to prevent the cannelloni from sticking and place the cannelloni on top.
- Add the rest of the sauce and bake at 200º for 15 minutes.
