Chicken Cannelloni Recipe

Ingredients to make Chicken Cannelloni:

  1. 12 units of cooked cannelloni
  2. 1 chicken breast
  3. 200 grams of tomato
  4. ½ onion unit
  5. 2 cups of milk
  6. 2 tablespoons of flour
  7. 2 tablespoons of white wine
  8. 1 package of grated Parmesan cheese
  9. 1 jet of Oil
  10. 1 pinch of salt
  11. 1 bar of butter

How to make Chicken Cannelloni:

  • Put the chicken breast in water to cook, add salt and onion, when cooked, bone and chop.
  • We continue with the chicken cannelloni, putting them in a pan to make a tomato sauce, adding the white wine, then the chopped breast, letting it cook for 5 more minutes.
  • With this preparation, the already cooked cannelloni are filled. For the béchamel sauce, melt 30 g of butter, add 2 tablespoons of flour stir and add the milk little by little, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Season with salt to taste.
  • The stuffed cannelloni are placed in a dish, covered with the béchamel sauce, sprinkled with the cheese and placed in the oven to gratin.
  • It is good to present the chicken cannelloni already on the diner’s plate and eat them piping hot.
