How to make Chicken Avocado Cheese Sandwich:
1 Here we have the ingredients for this healthy snack. We chose a white sliced bread, with or without a crust. As for the chicken, we opted for two small fillets of sirloin or breast. The avocado should be well ripe. For the cheese, a fresh Philadelphia-type cheese will do.
2 The first step to prepare this chicken sandwich is to chop the meat and cook it in a pan with a minimum of oil, since we want it to be light. You could also cook it boiled or steamed.
