Chicken and Vegetable Tacos Recipe

Ingredients to make Chicken and Vegetable Tacos:

  • 20 tortillas
  • 200 grams of red moron
  • 200 grams of green bell pepper
  • 150 grams of red onion
  • 150 grams of Carrot
  • 1 hot pepper (to taste)
  • 2 avocados
  • 50 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Chicken and Vegetable Tacos:

The first thing we are going to do is cut the chicken into strips, sauté and reserve it. Cut all the vegetables into julienne strips, sauté and add to the chicken, season with salt and pepper to taste. It is important to respect the order of hardness of the vegetables, so we obtain an even cooking.

Trick: Remove the seeds from the chili so that it is not so spicy.

Peel the avocado and add the cream cheese, lemon, cilantro and sugar. Shred or mash with a fork until integrated to continue with the preparation of the chicken tacos.
