  • 500 grams of Chicken in thick strips
  • 1 red bell pepper in thin strips
  • 1 green bell pepper in thin strips
  • 1 Onion cut into thick strips
  • 8 leaves of Romaine lettuce cut into thin strips
  • Guacamole (avocado, lemon, red onion, tomato, coriander and salt to taste)
  • Sour cream (milk cream, ground black pepper and lemon)
  • 100 milliliters of soy sauce
  • 200 grams of Corn in grain
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 10 tortillas
  • 1 pinch of salt to taste
  • 1 pinch of pepper to taste

How to make Chicken and Vegetable Fajitas:

The first thing to do to prepare these chicken and vegetable fajitas is to heat the oil in a large skillet or griddle where all the ingredients fit, add the chicken and season to taste.

Once the chicken is cooked, add the vegetables and soy sauce and stir continuously. When the onion softens a little, place the corn kernels and move for about 2 minutes over high heat and turn off.
