Chicken and mushroom rice cake recipe

Ingredients to make Chicken and Mushroom Rice Cake:

  • 500 grams of cooked rice
  • 1 chicken breast cooked and shredded
  • 500 grams of Crimini type mushrooms
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 units of Egg
  • 150 milliliters of Milk Cream or Cream
  • 200 grams of Parmesan cheese
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper

How to make Chicken and Mushroom Rice Cake:

  1. Prepare all the ingredients to be salty rice cake. Keep in mind that you can take advantage of the rice that you have left over from another recipe or make easy white rice directly.
  2. In a pan with olive oil, add the finely chopped garlic and fry over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
  3. Remove the garlic and reserve, add the mushrooms cut into quarters and sauté with a little salt.
  4. Add the garlic again and integrate everything very well to make delicious garlic mushrooms that we will include in the rice cake.
  5. Separately, in a bowl, mix the eggs with the milk cream, the shredded chicken and a little Parmesan cheese. You can also take advantage of the chicken from other recipes that you have left over, remember that with this same shredded chicken you can make sandwiches like the chicken and avocado sandwich or the chicken and cheese sandwich.
  6. Add the rice mix and splash.
  7. Add the mushrooms and mix.
  8. To form the salty rice cake, add the mixture to a refractory pan and cover with plenty of cheese. Cook in the oven at 180ºC. For 25 minutes until the cheese is browned.
  9. Serve and enjoy the chicken and mushroom rice cake.
