- 350 grams of Rice
- 150 grams of green beans
- 300 grams of chicken breast
- 1 liter of chicken broth
- 1 unit of Tomato
- 1 unit of Onion
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ unit of green pepper
- ½ unit of red pepper
- 10 threads of Saffron
- 50 milliliters of olive oil
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
How to make Chicken and Green Bean Paella:
- To prepare this chicken paella with green beans, first you have to peel the onion and chop it and then wash the green beans and peppers and cut them into pieces.
- You also have to peel and grate the tomato, and dice the chicken breasts.
- Next, heat a paella pan with the oil and fry the onion with a pinch of salt and pepper, and stir.
- Once the onion is transparent, add the other vegetables and the breast so that they brown along with the onion.
- After 5 minutes, add the grated tomato and fry for another 5 minutes.
- Add the rice and sauté everything without stirring much for a couple of minutes.
