Ingredients to make Warm Chicken and Bacon Salad:

  • 4 units of chicken breast
  • 200 grams of Bacon or bacon
  • 1 bunch of fresh spinach
  • 1 can of sweet corn
  • 150 grams of mozzarella cheese in medium squares
  • 2 units of fresh tomatoes for salad
  • 2 units of Avocados or medium avocados
  • 1 pinch of garlic paste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 bunch of basil

How to make Warm Chicken and Bacon Salad:

The first step in making our recipe is to pre-list the ingredients for this delicious warm salad. Take the spinach to a bowl with a little vinegar, add plenty of water and let them soak in this water; this will clean and disinfect them. Remove them from the water and drain in a colander.

Take a pan over medium heat and add a little olive or sunflower oil, add salt, pepper and a little garlic paste. Transfer the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until desired doneness. Remove them from the pan and let them cool to add to the salad, ideally, this warm chicken salad is served cold.

In the same pan add the bacon or bacon in thin strips, brown the bacon until it has the desired consistency. Reserve it. Chop the spinach by hand to prevent the leaves from browning.

Add the sweet corn to each of the dishes and mix well until the ingredients of our chicken salad are integrated.

Add the tomato cut into thin strips, if you wish you can peel it, the avocado or avocado in medium squares and the cheese in each of the plates. Mix very well. Finally add the cubed chicken and it will be ready to serve the warm salad.

Serve each of the warm chicken salads decorating with bacon on top and a little finely chopped basil leaves around the plate; this will give our salad an extra touch.
