Chicken and Asparagus Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Chicken and Asparagus Salad:

  • 400 grams chicken breast
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 celery stick
  • 1 kg of asparagus
  • 1 bowl of mayonnaise
  • 1 sprig of parsley

How to make Chicken and Asparagus Salad:

Clean the asparagus cut the woody stems. Put them in a tall saucepan with the tips pointing up, cover 2/3 of the height with water, season with salt, cover and cook for 15 minutes after boiling.

Meanwhile, cook the chicken breasts in salted water with the cleaned and peeled celery, carrot and onion in another container.

When cooking is finished, shred the chicken into squares and place them in a salad bowl, add the drained and chopped asparagus and dress with the lightened mayonnaise with two tablespoons of the asparagus cooking and season it with the chopped parsley.
