Chicharrón recipe prepared

In Mexico there is an appetizer that in different parts of the country have different names but that has been the same. A typical Mexican dish, practical, easy to prepare, with simple ingredients and best of all, delicious! This delicious dish that I am telling you about is called “prepared pork rinds “in some states of the country, and its preparation consists of a combination of proteins and vegetables.

It is a piece of pork rind prepared more than anything with flour that has sliced ​​cabbage, avocado, red tomato and a little pork skin on top. As for its nutritional value, we can say that the prepared pork rind has quite a few calories and is not a completely healthy food since the composition is based on fats and flours, and the pork skins are nothing more than fat, however as an occasional snack is great. Ingredients to make Chicharrón prepared:

  • 4 pieces of pork rinds
  • 1 cup of pork skins
  • ½ piece of Cabbage
  • 1 piece of avocado
  • 1 piece of red tomato
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup Valentine Sauce

How to make Chicharrón prepared:

In the following image you can see the necessary ingredients for the preparation of our delicious prepared pork rinds. To start we must thinly slice our cabbage and place it in water with a few drops of disinfectant for vegetables. Let it sit for 5 minutes and then drain it.

Meanwhile we take the avocado and the red tomato and slice them finely, the tomato into slices and the avocado into thin half-moons. On the other hand, we take our pork rinds and spread the amount of sour cream on them, as shown in the following image. Now we take the perfectly clean cabbage and place a little on the cream in the crackling, trying to spread it over the entire surface, we also spread the pork skins on the cabbage.

Immediately we add the tomato and the avocado already sliced ​​on the skins, as we can see in the following image. And finally, to serve, we add a few drops of Valentina sauce, or more if it is to your liking that already depends on how spicy we want it. AND READY!
