Chevalier Punch

Ingredients to make Ponche Chevalier:

  • The juice of 12 lemons
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups of cognac or brandy
  • 2 cups of white rum
  • 2 bottles of claret
  • 2 cups of sweet vermouth
  • 1/2 bottle of champagne
  • 1 large bottle of sparkling water

How to make Chevalier Punch:

  1. In a large container mix from the lemon juice to the sweet vermouth, refrigerate for two hours.
  2. When serving, pour the mixture into a punch bowl with a block of ice, add the champagne and sparkling water.
