Cherry tomato and fresh cheese skewers recipe

The first step in preparing this elegant and easy appetizer will be to cut the cherry tomatoes in half. You should know that the measurements for this recipe are quite simple, do not be guided by the quantities but by your tastes, since being a cold appetizer, these tomato and cheese skewers do not follow a strict recipe. Separately, finely chop the dried tomatoes, draining the oil as much as possible.
This type of tomato can be used in many dishes, they are a delight and it is a very easy preserve to make. If you dare to prepare them at home, here is the recipe for dried tomatoes in olive oil. On the other hand, we mix the feta cheese with the pesto. I have used feta cheese in tacos, as you can see in the photo, if you have a large piece you should cut it into cubes that are more or less the same size as the cherry tomato halves.
Tip: If you can’t get feta cheese, you can use any other fresh cheese that is salty.
