  • ½ unit of Cabbage
  • 6 slices of cured cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds
  • 1 apple unit
  • 1 tablespoon of Mustard
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of Mayonnaise

How to make Cheesy Coleslaw:

We gathered all the ingredients to make the coleslaw and cheese salad. Prepare the dressing by mixing the olive oil with the mayonnaise and mustard. Dijon mustard or grain mustard is also perfect for this recipe. Peel the apple and cut it into thin sticks. On this occasion we have used golden apple. Cut the cabbage into thin strips, wash it and dry it well so that it does not add moisture to the salad. Cut the cheese into slices and put it in a salad bowl with the cabbage and the apple. Add the pumpkin seeds and a pinch of salt. This cheesy coleslaw can be served with some grilled bonito.
