Cheese biscuits recipe

Ingredients to make Cheesecakes:

  1. 200 grams of Milk Cream or Cream
  2. 400 grams of leavening flour
  3. 2 teaspoons of Salt
  4. 100 grams of grated cheese

How to make Cheese Biscuits:

  • To make the dough for these fluffy cheese balls, the first thing we will do is place the cream together with the salt and grated cheese in a bowl.
  • Start mixing these ingredients together until the salt has completely dissolved.
  • Then go adding the sifted flour little by little until it forms a soft dough. After adding all the flour, knead for 5 minutes until a homogeneous mixture remains.
  • With the dough for the cheese biscuits ready, now you must stretch it and cut pieces or balls to taste. When you have them all, place them on a tray, previously lined with parchment paper.
  • Then cook the cheese biscuits in the oven for about 15 minutes at 180ºC. The cakes should be slightly golden.
  • Cheese cakes are ideal for breakfast or snack time. You can eat them with butter or even with a little homemade jam.
