Cheese balls recipe with Thermomix

Ingredients to make cheese balls with Thermomix:

• 1½ cups of milk

• 1 slice of onion

• 150 grams of fatty cheese

• 150 grams of blue cheese

• 1 tablespoon of Butter

• 200 grams of cream cheese

Decor

• 1 handful of chopped walnuts

• 2 cups of chopped parsley leaves

How to make Cheese Balls with Thermomix:

Pour all the ingredients into the glass and program 30 seconds at 40ºc with speed 8, helping yourself with the spatula. Repeat the operation, if necessary, until a homogeneous paste is obtained.

Next, pour the cheese pate into a bowl lined with clear plastic wrap. The idea is to be able to wrap the pasta in the paper. Enter in the refrigerator and let stand until consistent. Crush the nuts together with the parsley for 8 seconds at speed 3 1/2. Reserve for the final decoration. When the cheese paste is consistent, shape it into a ball and roll in the walnuts with parsley. Serve the cheese balls with Thermomix on a canapés table along with some toasted bread or crackers.
